Site Fee

I require the following site:

Single site $440.00 incl. gst 2.5m frontage x 5m deep
Intermediate site $590.00 incl. gst 3.75m frontage x 5 m deep
Double site $750.00 incl. gst 5m frontage x 5 m deep
Super site (please note there is a limited number of Super sites) $990 size on application

Extra Furniture

The above site fee includes two standard sized trestle tables and two chairs supplied per site. Please indicate any further equipment required:

Eftpos

MDM Management requires all traders to provide purchasers with the option of using credit card/eftpos facilities.

I require access to the Market Office credit card and Eftpos facilities ($15.00 administration fee)

Monies will be directly deposited into your account within 10 working days of the event. We will contact you for your account details if you are selected.

MDM Insurance

I am interested in getting insurance with the assistance of MDM – please contact me regarding this if I am selected.

Signage

Please confirm your EXACT signage specifications (ie. spacing and case specific) for signage (to be produced and displayed by Melbourne Design Market Management)

Media

A publicity campaign will be developed by the National Design Centre to promote this event. Material distributed to the media will include background information on the various designers/companies/institutions taking part in the event in the form of company and designer background documents, product information and hi-resolution JPEG product images (JPEG images, saved at 300dpi, maximum file size 2MB). Images professionally produced, i.e. with good lighting, a white background, clear outline of product, are preferred. There are no fees charged for this service.

To complete application

I have emailed a description of product/s I intend to sell at the MDM, including a product list (with 1 PowerPoint slide) and an indicative price range accompanies this application in email form to market@nationaldesigncentre.com

It is important that you take note of MDM management's request for images to be packaged as a PP slide, and that the total size of your PowerPoint slide(s) emailed at this stage should not exceed 1MB. If further images of higher quality are available please indicate this in the 'Media' section).

If more than one slide is sent, we will use the first slide only during the selection process – including your business name in your slide would be helpful.

I have emailed a scanned copy of my current public liability insurance certificate (valid for Nov 30th, 2008), for up to $5,000,000 to market@nationaldesigncentre.com

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a stall at the Melbourne Design Market. All applications will be assessed on an individual basis and you will be notified whether your application has been successful or not after applications close. By applying for a stall at the Melbourne Design Market you agree that the organisers reserve the right to make the final decision and no further correspondence will be entered into.
